    Attempt to size allen into stud until it fits tightly is what I did. Make sure it is not loose in there and make sure you do not halfway engage the key with every turn!

    The only time I felt like making the truck an insurance loss was the headers.

    Yeah, make sure the Allen key is fully inserted into the stud or else you will strip the points of the stud, rendering the stud fully unserviceable at that point.

    The equal to rounding out a phillips head screw. Duh.

    Oh. You mean allen-to-torx mod. I got that experience. Strip an Allen, use a torx.

    Don't be afraid of it. It's like I previously said you can physically feel once the butterfly begins to bind on the blower casing. That is your sign you need to back off and retighten the screw just a hair. Once you hear the audible tink that your audible indicator that you are all adjusted up and set to go. You can use the position of the adjustment screw as a visual example as well on the third picture I posted in the first page of the thread as to how much thread on the stud needs to be sticking up to stop the lever.
