You just need to tone down your spirited-ness ~322 RPM or so.

Edit: I believe your ratio is actually 3.73, so your result is actually 4,559 RPM. So tone it down by 359 RPM :D

So it turns out my weird running issues is again due to another recurring MAF P0103 code I always set. I'm starting to get sick of this issue so I may just switch my intake back to stock. This URD intake has cause me nothing but headaches.

Did you already try the 02 simulators or the J-style bung adapters? I'd like to get long tube but haven't seen much feedback on the J-style adapters and if they work to keep the lights off. Our 2015s are S.O.L.

I used to get this all the time when I had the 2.825" pulley, but more often when it was humid outside, super cold out, or humid in my garage.

It hasn't come back since I put UCON-EMS in. I know you don't believe in their computer, but it has been good for me.

117mph would be the max for the driveshaft 4200rpm limit. can our trucks even go that fast

not sure where that is off the top of my head. might also be unfair comparison (99% of the time at least) considering there isnt any air resistance

I believe the issue actually lies in turbulence in the MAF because of its location. Either way, I'm just going to put the stock airbox back in because I'm tired of screwing with it. Restricted or not, at least the MAF will be happy. In the meantime I can work out a mod on the URD one so it will work properly.

Maybe I should just leave it in. Smog purposes after all.

My thought is their (safe) rpm limit is conservative, like most things. Payload, tire pressure.... I bet there is a good bit of extra before any real harm results. My 2 cents.

It’s not normal .. but I’m seeing more stations jack up the gas price a whole $1 more. Bastards ....

I’m just glad I have a company vehicle(with a gas card) as my daily.

Wish that was the case for me. My truck does it all. Spendy gas bills.

Here is what I have found..

Stock intake is a HUGE bottleneck. It hardly tolerates the 2.3 pulley without causing crazy engine knock. It has created such a huge restriction that it actually caused the initial AFR to run at about 15.03-15.10 for the first couple of minutes after the test drive despite wiping learn data. It is horrible. This has the TRD filter on it mind you.

Someone needs to duplicate a stock style intake but eliminate all the restrictions it has and make it CARB legal. This thing sucks. Bad.

I have to switch back up to the 2.5 pulley now because not even the FPR mod will save me. Sad day.
