I'm thinking a billet spacer like the ones for x-runner oil pans. Then paint the riser to match. If two guys bought one exchanger and split it in half to have it welded as an extension. Or... find a correct size dirt bike radiator that is bigger and fits.

I'd already be running it but they haven't returned any of my emails. If they have no dyno numbers I'll pass.

I've seen those, those are badass, and would be feasible like I said, but the cover wmodified to accept a new radiator would be a whole new challenge in itself. I would love to do that, but I'm sure there is big $$$ behind that cost.

Not worth as highlighted by a few members I have read of in the past running it, here and I believe in the Tundra forums. Not only did these guys have AC performance issues because of it, but it didn't have the ideal street ability that you would think it would have.

Problems with killerchiller I gathered when I called them.
You have to run your ac all the time.
To get the most benefit you have to disconnect your supercharger ltr, otherwise the ambient air will warm up the super cooled air. So if you have your ac off, no intercooler at all.

I already have disappointing ac performance, I couldn’t imagine adding more stress to the system.

I agree inside the blower needs to be bigger but you got them mixed up. Our intercooler is located inside the blower. Heat exchanger is with radiator. Even on the hottest days racing around my heat exchanger is always cold to the touch

If we could somehow modify the supercharger intercooler to mount a meth nozzle over it spraying the heated air as it hits that intercooler.. that would be something.

    *Fixed from Tron’s correcting ;)

Actually I think you might have it backwards. Lol I'm not sure anymore.

Let's just call it the cooler inside the blower case.

Yeah though I agree after giving my blower nothing but hell the external radiator is always cool. I think that is more than capable for our setups.

    Lol you meth head.

Are you talking about @Coupe design? He made a select few for the XRU.

That's what I have now. By the time it hits there its atomized pretty well too.

You know, he would probably be the best man for the job of making a blower riser, while keeping the cost down for us.

His oil pan spacer was absolutely bitchin'!

You are spraying pre throttle body correct?

My idea would be spraying after tb, right before the air passes the cooler inside the supercharger.

On an unrelated note but probably because of gofastmods i think one of my CVs is starting to fail. I keep hearing a popping randomly when turning. Its not consistent and I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is :(

Speaking of spacers, how about find an intercooler about 1 inch taller than what we have with all other dimensions the same. Use that spacer in between the blower and our intercooler lid.

Not sure how much clearance we can work with though hitting the hood

Someone start doing some digging! @White lightning boosted see if you could find something with Dirtbike radiators. If you can find something good maybe we can contact @Coupe to make us a riser and then we could get to work on fitting it. The setup would require longer bolts as well. New deals most likely too.

That's why I suggest dirt bike radiators. Dozens of different sizes. Cowl hood with a purpose!

Cool. I bet something from an 80-125cc two stroke would be best. SoCal probably has way more bike scrap yards to prowl. I'll look too.

Hottest I have seen my SC coolant temps was 140 this summer while towing my camper uphill in Virginia.
