Speaking of deleted airbags.. What did you do to prevent your airbag light from staying on since you put in that badass steering wheel?

 

At what point should our afr's be at 11? Half, 3/4, or only wot?

 

I have no o2 sims cuz I have the 2 cats. I figured getting hypothetically getting sims and bungs if I need them.

 

Oh, it just stays on. The traction control, TPMS, and air bag lights are always on now. My friends make fun of me and call my truck "the christmas tree"

Might do that. 1st I'll buy tpms sensors. Then I'll see if this custom ovtune can cancel the rest of my lights. Free up load on the alternator.

 

You mean you can turn one of the indicator lights into an alternator light?

 

No. Meant the alternator wont work so hard without making my dash glow.

 

Apologies for the stupid/repeat questions, but I've read so many posts they're blurring together.

I'm about to order a Supercharger Quick Change Pulley Kit, and want to confirm Pulley Boys is still the (only?) place to go? I also recall reading a few posts and seeing pics of pulleys from them that had incorrect rib counts. Is their Eaton M45 Qwikchange Pulley Kit (P/N 5QCK) is still the one to buy, or am I better off ordering the entire quick-change setup from Smoothflow? If so, does anyone have the specific part number or description of the right Smoothflow kit for our S/C?

NON-engraved 2.7" or 2.8" pulleys aren't a possibility from Pulley Boys so, if I'm just getting pulleys from Smoothflow, my inquiry goes something like "I want [2.7" or 2.8"] Eaton M45 (5-rib) pulleys, like the 2.3 Roberto ordered for his Tacoma?"

 

It is not possible to obtain a Qwikchange pulley billet hub from anyone but pulleyboys currently as far as I know. I believe it is possible just to buy the hub and bolts alone through them, however. If you would like to go through Smoothflow for the pulleys then you know how to contact him and it will be much cheaper than getting a pulley through Pulleyboys.

The reason for my question was some of the kits pictured at Smoothflow LOOK similar to Pulley Boys' offerings.

 

The guy that used the Vibrant standoff said he would get a cel unless he had the o2 sim AND the standoff with smallest hole.

 

You know, I've never been on Smoothflows actual website, but if it appears that he offers the same sort of setup, it may be worth exploring. I've had a hellish last few days with zero time to really just do whatever, but I can try to check it out during my lunch here around one or two and report back with what I think would be the best Avenue to take.

Hmm. He said he'd make them. Might be the same thing.

 

From the looks of it, he offers everything but the Sunfire/Cavalier 5 rib pulley design. However, the hubs between these blowers typically are all interchangeable as the specs of the snout usually do not change. If you want to try your luck at it I think you do not have much to lose, all you would have to do is inform him you want a 5 rib pulley and your application use will be for the TRD supercharger with the MP90. He has dealt with enough of us already so he would know what you are referring to without doubt.

I attempted to contact him 4 times so I could talk to him about his qwikchange kits, but the line stays silent throughout the rings and it's only on that phone number as I attempted to contact my buddy and it rang through normally, so he must be having an issue with his phone right now or something.

 

Damnit! I just had to stop in the 3rd gen supercharger thread and stir the pot. I told myself not to go over there...
