    There's plastic elbow there. Could have a crack I suppose. Keep an eye on it during your trip, as long as the leak is outside of the inner cooler, you should be ok to proceed.

    Also @henryp not sure how a leak here would migrate to under the supercharger snout. It is possible you have multiple leaks. stay vigilant.

    That’s one of their cheaper products too. I have a set of 2 bushings from them that cost $360 and a set of headers that have been coated with cerakote arriving tomorrow that cost me almost $1400.

    So what’s the best wheel bearing option for the front? Seems getting a hub assembly from Toyota is insanely high priced.

    Yeah, I did inner seals too, although I remember them being a wasted cost. Not sure why I remember it that way? I like Koyo's as a whole and I got 160K miles out of the factory set and those were some HARD miles. NSK's would be good too I'm sure. Probably can't lose between the two options.

    @henryp how much boost is your supercharger pushing?

    I would not be worried about coolant loss from the system if you are away from home. An intercooler system is actually redundant with boost levels under 6 psi so as long as you are not slamming on it everywhere you go you'll be okay.

    If you are pushing past 6 psi however and want to disable boost for good preventative measure you can always zip tie the bypass valve open so you are not capable of making any boost until you get back home.

    It pushes to 5-7 boost based on my boost gauge. I do have stock cats and exhaust and have seen higher boost under WOT at times. I drove another 400 miles and reservoir staying filled. AFR staying 14-15 while cruising, down to 9-10 at WOT (rich as usual with BD tune). Engine temps 185-199 consistently (outside hitting 100, I’m in AZ with lots of hills). Trans temps 190-200 (up to 220 on steep uphills). I’ve got a 2.85 pulley, 4Runner throttle body and aFe intake. I think the fluid is coming off the engine breather hose connected to the intake since it is weeping with oil again today (less so on engine compared to yesterday). All fluids are right where they should be (looked like with last engine oil change they added a tad too much). I drained about 8oz of engine oil yesterday and dip stick now looks to be just right. Water pump is new, all new belts, hoses look good, new CSF radiator without leaks around, new URD 170 thermostat (temps haven’t changed since installing t-stat). No engine lights. Would weeping from this hose indicate trouble elsewhere?

    Either faulty pcv or blow by the pistons. But there will be oil vapor here at all times. If you get a ton of oil, that’s an issue.

    I might be careful about taking oil out. 2nd gens dont have the best dipsticks in the world and give readings all over the map. Best way to make sure your level is good is to put the proper amount in, 5.5qts and call it a day. Do a quick search on here about dipsticks not reading oil levels properly.

    The hose is cracked if it is hard when you try and physically squeeze it. I would also check the PCV as mentioned by @DocME but 2nd gens are not known for damaging oil control rings over time.

    If you do have a cooling system leak and it is bigger in size than a weep and you are actually confirmed losing it from the intercooler setup just stay out of WOT. You'll be fine at the boost levels you are at.

    That issue was either rectified in later 2nd gens or something because mine reads just fine all the time.
