    Hoped it was a Dynojet. That's why I said only have them display SAE smoothing. STD is used when they want to just show numbers for bragging sake.

    I even have two identical runs in the naturally aspirated Dyno thread. Displaying both correction factors next to each other. Should anyone be curious.

    I decided it'd be a good idea to data log while I'm on the dyno today. To correlate g/s with the actual dyno results, then we can get new g/s to hp conversion numbers. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a lot greater than 1.18 when one uses a tiny pulley like that, like @TRON and @12TRDTacoma said.

    Smaller pulley cant effect it. The same amount of air needs to go in regardless of pulley size for a specific hp (minus changing afr levels to run leaner/richer)

    Well I may have something to be desired in my tune, that's true, however I would be pretty surprised if I got much more than 400hp. Butt dyno tells me I definitely don't have 450whp.

    I see you wrote a lot of informative information, but all I see is, "I am jealous because your truck will be making more wheel horsepower than my GT-SLOW." :D





    But on the serious I don't think that magic number of 1.18 is correct, nor do I really think the MAF is a good way of measuring HP.

    Any complaints with the aforementioned intake?? Does anyone have a video of this intake on a 4.0, whether its NA or SC? Considering pulling the plug on it while prime day and its promotions are going on.

    Thanks for the photo, shes a bulky sumbitch! I know this is all opinion without a video, but how did the sound of the SC change over the factory intake; SC whine much louder i assume? Also, was their a noticeable increase in power? I know these intakes on NA applications do not yield much, but on boosted applications it is a different story.

    Also, how difficult is it to clean the filter? From the looks of it, the whole intake tube has to be removed to access the filter to clean it.

    Dude I surpassed 400HP back in the day with my cam install easily. Took me like 8 hours taking my sweet time in between, but it was easy and so worth it in the end. It had a nice lope. I miss that sound.

    LS engines are OHV not OHC design so the cam is central and a critical mod when building an all out effort NA HP monster.

    Why not? It has been pretty accurate in logs versus dyno's in the past.
