    Magnuson SC, 2.5 pulley, hptuner, FPR mod, AFE Intake, URD longtube headers, JFR Y-pipe, 255 Deatschwerks, 76mm TB, Banks 3" exhaust, cam gears
    That makes sense. Just wondering how many actually got them to fit. Initial check looks like my headers will have to be adjusted a fair amount to fit these

    On my 4Runner they wouldn’t go back on. The Lexus required a lot of wiggling around to get them back on. My brace has these rubber isolators that allow for some flex though.

    I have URD long tubes and my brackets are still on and fit fine. Better to support the components if you can. Less stress on the headers and the exhaust manifold bolts.

    So I know every lb matters but does it really matter here? I just got a 36 sq ft box of dynamat and it’s what, less than 20 lbs?

    Well that’s not too bad. I just know if you do the whole cab it’s pretty close to another passenger ish I think. Then you figure between skidplates, rock sliders, heavier tires. It all adds up.

    This is true. May have to notch out the bottom hole, or slot it. Possibly the top two as well.

    I’ll spend another $3-5k to gain back the track time lost on heavy deadening mat mods. Very much worth it.

    I did my entire cab. It really wasnt that much weight. 40ish lbs if I recall correctly. Definitely not a whole passenger, unless it's a dog.

    Get a GB going on a carbon fiber/kevlar frame, hood, and fenders. You know I'll sign up for it.

    I couldn’t hear and sound of belt slipping and the belt does seem to be tight. But as you said, still could be slipping.
    I have boost from low rev up to around 3300rpm. Maybe that’s just standard and how my engine is. I remember it being like that before I changed the pulley. Maybe the dyno guy could work out and fix the issues. Thanks for you advice though.

    You will never hear the sound of the slippage on the blower. If you have boost up to 3300 then all the way up to redline it is at 0 inches, then you have a big problem.. you have to make sure your boost bypass valve is operating properly when you give it a WOT stab. You will be able to see the arm actuating if you watch it. You also need to make sure that it is capable of holding vacuum too. Apply vacuum to it and on the other side put your finger on it to see if it holds vacuum. The other side of the hose should sound like it has suction releasing once you let go.

    I hope this makes sense.

    I also hope you stepped down belt sizes to an inch less than the supplied belt because that will make a huge difference in belt slippage and grip.

    I think that’s the case. SAI pump is off and disconnected but still taking up some real estate. Once it’s gone, that seems like a good place for a turbo. Where did you get your intake?
