Those with the TRD blower can still request them to get printed from Toyota. Takes about 7 days to make and snail mail your way..

On the off event you don't have that sticker it's not an automatic fail, as long as you print the PDF regarding the verbiage for the TRD or Magnuson blower and hand it to the smog tech prior to the smog he cannot fail you for having a vehicle that has been modified with a supercharger.

Granted, it's always best to have the sticker so you can get in, get out, and get on with your life without any further interrogating questions.

So there wasn't a useful number on the bottom of the Floor Carpet Hook.

HOWEVER I was able to find the part number with some GoogleFU

    Part Number = 58521-04040
    https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem/toyota~hook~floor~carpet~58521-04040.html

Found it by looking up the partnumber for the vinyl flooring.
    https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem/toyota~mat~assy~floor~58510-04870-b2.html
And it was in the related parts section on the page above.

You used to be able to call them directly and get now you have to go through dealer but I can confirm I got one was like $10-15. My parts receipt had a bad part number on it but they had to call and get it made or found so it didn't matter. I'll try to remember to snap a pic tomorrow to confirm there may be a number on sticker.

I showed the SMOG tech the CA-CARB paper but he wouldn't take it and marked as a fail. Sticker on hood instant pass. But the irony is he has no idea what any of the parts should look like nor is he capable of telling a supercharger from a cat statue. But that is a gov't thing I will never understand and probably always be broken. Just take my money and burn it Uncle Sam

That is so stupid. You know what part of the problem is, is that the supercharger never had a CARB EO# stamped on it from the very getgo. They should had somewhere... Maybe on the side by the vacuum hoses or something. It would had been incredibly useful in avoiding all of this BS.

It sounds like that smog tech should probably be reported to the BAR for incompetence.

The part I am really trying to figure out is the belt and wrap part. I have a qwikpulley setup thats going on either way with 2.8 or 2.5 depending on what I have done. Roush tensioner arrived today. Seen a few different setup. Its all a bit new so some parts its leaning more on this group to at least get started.

Why are you people arguing with communism? It is the way the truth and the light. No one may come to economic wealth except through communism, and SMOG is at the very heart of Californ... I mean Communism!

Exhaust after y-pipe, no problem at all.
The y-pipe has 2 cats in it. So you will have to put them back on before smog.

What cables can I use if I get a temp of techstream? We won’t be close to a dealer when we install and trying to avoid the bulky loaded Magnuson tune.

I thought I saw that OV tunes cable would work and I do have access to one but wasn’t sure if it was a specific version.

OVTune's cable is just a colorized version of the Openport 2.0 cable available at www.tactrix.com

    I
've used the Tactrix to flash the ECU and change the VIN with the TIS subscription tools.

Thats good to hear. Mainly asking about the OV's since I can borrow it (the OV on that one is registered on my computer anyway if it mattered when I helped them flash).

I am down to pick up the Tech Stream or a few days and flash if I can do that.

Yeah, if you have it available, it would work great. Nothing wrong with his cable at all!
