I feel like Toyota really missed the boat on building an incredibly robust supercharger setup. Since they were already building a supercharger for this thing, what they should had done was build a off the lower plenum or build a full new lower plenum assembly which was the supercharger and created a straight forward design which would also allow the usage of a new (and supplied) over the radiator intake. Not only would this had created and allowed for the maximum power allowable to the supercharger with the smallest of pulley configurations, but it also would had opened up the table for those wanting to replace the TRD blower with a higher flowing unit if they outgrew what was already there. GM has been utilizing the straight shot out design on their Corvettes for years already. Why not take a page from their book?

Does anyone know how to check the numbers on the ECU/ECM? I have a module that I'm told is a TRD unit, but I would like to confirm this.

The low end power is just amazing. That’s 4th gear so 1.1. And for it to pick up speed like it does under 2500 rpms still mind blowing. @JustDSM is the man. Cant wait to install my injectors and cam gears. Along with a smaller pulley. Where these 2.3 pulleys at? Still running a 2.6 for reference.

You can also see my arm boost gauge is hitting 10-11 psi. But then boost gauge on meth controller only hitting around 9. What’s everyone think?

I have reason to believe you are hitting only 9 psi, especially with a 2.6 pulley. 10 to 11 psi sounds much different.

Sounds interesting. But will the SC crank pulley fit to this?

The sound is based on SC pulley RPMs not boost numbers. But yeah you’re right the wine gets much higher for pulley’s under 2.5. Aka it screams :D

I called twice, @DocME called. I said, Im ready to do this and am completely serious. we talked for 30 mins about the specs and he never called me back or emailed. Doc said they were uninterested when he called.

Believe me I would have it done in a heart beat but they basically said no

Throwing a p0300 and p0012 on the freeway to work about 60mph.intense shuddering and misfiring, rough idle. Knocking on idle. Turned off for ten minutes then restart for a smoother idle but still rough. Misfiring.
