That was where the whole idea started at! Once I put them on they looked good and proved to be durable over all the abuse I put them in, I abanded the paint idea figured if I get bored with the black look I can change it out whenever!

Is it possible to get the vinyl color matched to the wheels? Like the gun metal color

 

@TheRealSlimTaco, Oracal 651 does not offer a gunmetal color. The lightest black is going to be their matte black and their darkest gray is not even an option to consider.

I will attach a close up picture of the matte black to give you a better idea of how it looks. A few feet back, you will not be able to tell much difference, if any.

When purchasing through Etsy you will have the option to choose your "wheel decal color" which is either matte black or glossy black. The "letter/image" drop down menu is where you can choose the color you want your center cap inlay letters or image to be. During checkout, there is an option to write a 'note to seller' box if you have a special request or want to make sure I understand what you want. I see this note every time I look at your order!

If purchasing through Ebay, we have different listing for the matte black and glossy black wheel decals. The standard color for the center cap inlay letters will be red on Ebay, but you can write a note to seller or message me if you want to request a different color.

The vinyl colors we offer- such as sand, inferno, blue, cement, ect.- are the closest possible matches we could find to the truck colors. The difference is minimal on the smaller decals but it will be more obvious on the larger wheel decals. Just something to keep in mind when ordering custom colors!

I changed our Tacoma letter inserts bundle on Etsy so you can now select two different colors, one for the tailgate letter inserts and another color for the glovebox and door sill letter inserts.

 

Just a reminder that while transfer tape is available upon request to those who want it on their wheel decals, it is not our recommended application method. We recommend using the wet method since it allows you to gently remove and replace the decals without stretching the vinyl.
