So besides the cosmetics, what do you get on a TRD Off Road (Manual) that you can not get on a SR 4x4 or SR5 4x4?

The OR comes with an electric locker.

The most important addition is TW Cred :taco:

Honestly though, the real additions are the locker, different suspension, and JMHO but the OR looks better. Plus I don't think you can get the manual trans with the V6 in the SR series.

As previously mentioned, the OR will come standard with features that are options or not even available on the SR series, ie, the bed mounted AC outlet shows as not available on SR trucks.

Honestly if I was buying all cash I would consider SR 4X4 and SR5 4x4 since it would be hell of a lot cheaper to build a better rig than a OR 4x4. New front/rear steel bumper, roof rack, suspension, ARB air lockers, regear, skids and sliders. Since I wasn't paying cash I went with the OR 4x4 and already replacing a lot of parts...

OR 4x4 has elockers, multi terrain control, crawl control, bilesten shocks, cheap skid, rear sliding window (new 2017) and 8.75" diff. Optional tech package with traffic monitor sensors, dual control climate, matching rear bumper cooler and sun roof.

8.75. The 8.4 didn't make the cut for 3rd gen.

You can only get v6 and manual together on the TRD.

I saved the money by getting the SR5 over the Off Road, and put a 2.5 inch lift, wheels, and tires on it instead. Very happy with my decision. I would like to have the power slider, but in the end it wasn't a deal breaker. I won't be a serious off-roader, just need to get through some mud while on the farm. If I was going to frequent trail events with major off-roading, I might have gotten the Off Road.

Thanks for the info. So A-Trac only comes with the TRD OR Manual right? No A-Trac on SR 4x4 or SR5 4x4?

The SR5 4x4 has basic 4wd options, like low and high. To get the electronic locker, multi terrain select, and CRAWL you have to get the Off Road. the screen grab below is from Toyota's build site showing what the Off Road comes with above the Sport, SR5, and SR.
