FWIW, I have a 2014 DCSB V6 4X4 SR5, I off-road and "overland" on the regular. I've been in some pretty serious stuff, and have never even come close to having any issues whatsoever. If the add on's are important to you and it within your budget, you can get the TRD OR, but don't feel like you're missing anything major if your don't. I don't have any of that stuff and I've been in mud up to the front license plate, and climbed many rock/other obstacles with NO issues whatsoever. I also owned a lawn care business where I towed 2,000lbs almost daily for 3 years with absolutely ZERO issues at all.
