    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    IIRC, standard TRD is a 6 disc w/ sat ready and aux...no JBL. had this as my stock unit before i replaced it

    JBL is an option, even with Sport or Off road.
    Does have an adapter built in for IPOD/MP3player.

    i pulled the pioneer flip out i had in my 07 and put it in this one.

    Don't do the JBL upgrade. I have a 2010 DC Sport w/ the JBL setup and my wife's 2010 Rav4 stock hit's harder than mine.

    I understand what you mean, JBL should be a better system. It is better than stock, but not great. I would say slightly above average.
    I didn't want to go through the hassle of replacing stereo/speakers/amp in a new vehicle.
