My hood decal is starting to lift at the D in Off Road. Any way to fix it? Install was November 2018.

I received my “Extra Wide” hood graphic from Mike last week (thx!). I’m going to have it installed tomorrow morning. My install guy says, “I’ll do it for free, just give me a tip.”

How much should I tip this guy? Obviously it depends on his work, but assuming he does a good job? I have no idea how much an install should cost.

Also, I may add these bedside graphics next...

I wouldn’t pay someone to install this. But that’s my money talking, not yours.

    Maybe $20??

Honestly though, if you have a ‘pro’ that’ll be putting it on. I’d be shocked if it takes them 30min. It only took me an hour or so. And I worked very slowly as this was the second time I’ve touched vinyl. And the first of this scale.

i had mine installed with some bedside graphics and install took about an hour and cost me $60.
Since they arent charging you, id tip him $20 and a 12er of his choice. thats still a bargain.

Forgive the dumb question but this will fit on a 2019 as well, correct? I’m tired of scrolling. First page just says ‘15 - ‘18...

Nothing has changed from ‘16-‘19, so it will fit fine.

Wait is this the one the forum member makes or the ones from Vegas? The ones from Vegas have the funky “R” right? I’d like the other one...

The graphic I installed on my truck is from member @mcmnos4r2. He is the vendor in the OP. I believe you are correct - the graphics from Vegas have the funky "R".

My TRD Off Road Logo looks correct.

Just a small aside - The hood graphic is awesome. Well designed. Prompt shipping. Reasonable cost. However, my installer mentioned that the vinyl used isn't the top of the line. It is something called "calendered" vinyl, which is thicker, a little more difficult to install, and may leave an adhesive if removed. It also is probably more abrasion resistant.

I don't know anything about vinyl, so take that information with a grain of salt.

Overall I am very satisfied with the product offered by RLM Sign Group and I appreciate forum members making custom products for our trucks. That being said, I believe the graphic should be installed by a professional for best results.

Wondering if anyone had this vinyl on and removed it. Any kind of residue left behind? easy?
