I don't have the full CatBack exhaust, but I love my Ultra Flow muffler. Fairly deep and loud but not too loud. But I'm sure the MagnaFlow exhaust is just as good. I would just get the one with the best price.

All depends on what your lookin for. i wanted deep and loud and i bought a Dynomax Ultra flo welded (some people will disagree with this next statement) and at first the muffler definately wasnt as loud as expected it was definately deep, but after about 6 months of use now, it sounds great. it's not obnoxious by any means, but it does have a deep throaty sound and not raspy at all. its also plenty loud when you stomp the pedal.

depends on what you're going for. I put a magnaflow catback on mine, and I love it.

I went with the TRD exhaust it sounds good and not raspy, little pricey though.
