Both the Sport and Off Road have Brake Boosters but the OR has the Electric Booster while the Sport has the traditional style vacuum booster. You would be correct that the Sport has the hill start assist to hold the truck and the OR does not.

You guys are making me want to go test drive an OR with all this talk about how stiff the Sport suspension is. I've had a 2016 Sport and now a 2020 Sport and cannot stand how soft the suspension is. Nosedives like hell when you accelerate and brake. Its so annoying especially with an MT and shifting while being bounced around. I am planning of an AAL and 5100's to stiffen up the ride!

Keep in mind the electronic locking diff on the OR is only able to be engaged in 4LO and not 4HI. This is one reason I did not see the benefit in buying an OR compared to my Sport.

Well they are both trucks, but the sport is tighter and stiffer and the OR (which I have) could be described as more "floaty". I don't think 5100s will stiffen it more than a sport but you will likely see some improvement overall in dampening bumps. I have Sumo springs in the back to prevent sage from my ARE topper and permanent gear in the bed from some tools etc. That stiffens my back end and reduces body roll in turns but the front is soft. I don't brake hard so I don't notice dive much in the front.

You will be totally fine with the Sport, I’d go 2017 low miles vs 2016.

I would be also using the 5100 to lift the truck so should end up at least stiffer than OE. I have a manual transmission so downshifting is usually where I see the most nosediving.

Weird, mine wasn't soft at all. Currently have the bilstien 4600 from an OR on my fronts and it still doesn't feel soft but it's ever so slightly better at low speeds off-roading.

Neither ...try to get dealer to get a new 20 in a manual from another dealer . they can do a dealer swap and you don’t have to buy used .

I think the Sport is a better deal based on the kms. I like the tires on the Off Road, but the manual will work the same in both. I have a 17 Sport with a 3" lift and 265/70-17 Duratrac tires on rims, and it does everything I need it to do no problem. Measure your ATV to see it it'll fit, my old 2009 LT-Z400 (fairly wide, maybe not as wide as your ATV) fit in my 2007 Sport, and it should fit the same in the 17.

The Off Road MT will have the A-TRAC System in place of Crawl Control and a Sunglass compartment overhead.
