Aftermarket parts void warranties only of you can prove the parts caused premature failure
And some aftermarket parts stand by products others are to big to care
So there is a debate on both sides
    Regardless
Going to stop by a couple dealers and see it anyone else is willing to order a pro
Otherwise I'll prob just do a trd

I would go with the TRD PRO

Having the no fuss warranty is arguably nice... but for me, I have other projects that I want to focus on so I want this (my everyday driver) to be easy, with no downtime, no 95% engineered suspension solution that I have to fuss with to get just right, not dealing with multiple parties... etc. Anyway, I'm torn between white and inferno - can't do black... to much fuss to keep looking nice and paint swirls make me twitch

btw, the first production run is all inferno apparently, so idea when they'll do white and black.

    Yes agreed
Plus I'm not the biggest fan of messing with newer vehicles with the computers

i kind of like the inferno, but my biggest reservation is that I have a sports car that is orange, and it'll be a major orange dream machine clash driving down the road when i tow it to the track :)

I'm leaning towards a white trd pro. Possibly inferno but definetly not black. To hot when parked under the sun and unless washed weekly looks dirty. (I have a black Lexus).

No 4-Door 6-Speed 6' Bed option. Closest you'll get is an AC 6-Speed 6' bed.

Not what my dealer told me. They have been in contact with corporate over the order of my super white pro and their hasn't been any issues. Although, I not going assume anything until I get my Vin#.

I've always owned white vehicles but that Inferno looks pretty sweet I have to admit. Plus I'm not sure how I feel about the single stage super white Toyota uses. I'm almost certainly going OR over the pro next year simply due to price

    Do you live in Maine?
I ordered a black pro today and the spec sheet he showed me was a white one up in Maine or something
    Anyway
    Black pro ordered!
Dealer gets the allocation next week to officially place the order but I signed the paper and gave a deposit today
    Itll be awhile I'm sure

maybe i'm wrong gents :) anyway, i thought the first allocation already took place (at least out here on the west) for late sept build and early oct delivery. also thought that dealers weren't sure they could get any particular one until they had received the actual allocation. my dealer wasn't sure they could even get allocated more than one. anyway, i'm sure we will all get one, just a matter of time :) color is still driving me nuts.
