I ordered some bed accessories from them not too long ago. The shipping price was absolutely ridiculous but other than that it was a good experience.

Thanks, good to know they are also a dealer. I need a TRD sport super white painted grill shell. Since they are connected to a dealer they can probably get it for me. I like the deal they have on the painted door handles too. $62.00 per pair. Not bad.

I had a bad experience with them a few months ago. Their price on sport pedals was great! I placed the order & received the pedals. The original packaging of the pedals was ripped open & the pedals were loose in the box. During shipping the pedals bounced around each other and were scuffed. I used steel wool to buff them out & make them right. I emailed their customer service dept with my concerns. A few days later I received a curt response they would issue a refund. I told them I fixed the pedals and a refund was unnecessary but wanted to bring it to their attention. I never received a sorry, kiss my ass or anything else after that.

Just an FYI....your mileage may vary.

toyotapartsales.com quoted me $171.94 + $25.79 for shipping for a white grill shell.
shoptrd.com quoted me $279.99 plus shipping. The guy in parts said that was the lowest price in the area and most dealers charge more. :crapstorm:
