    Hey Tacoma World!

I purchased a 2020 TRD OR this fall, and am slowly customizing things here and there starting with cheaper interior mods.

One major thing about the 2020 TRD OR that I really don't like is the stock rims. I've seen how they look painted or plastidipped, and will most likely be doing that to hold me over until I eventually get a new set of wheels/tires+lift/level kit when my stock set of tires are done.

I like the gloss black 16" TRD Pro wheels, as opposed to the new matte black 17" TRD wheels. I see that the new ones come in 16" as well, but I just like the design of the glossy black 16" better.

Any website that I've looked at that has the wheels I want, say that these ones don't fit a 2020 TRD OR. Is this true? Did the bolt pattern change, or the wheel size to where they won't fit on a 2020 TRD OR?

I'm a newbie in the Tacoma world, so take it easy on me! Any info will help. Thanks!

They’ll fit! The OR wheels haven’t changed from any year of the 3rd gens and I have those pro wheels on my 2018 OR. it probably says they won’t fit only because they’re 2017-2019 pro wheels and you have a 2020 Tacoma. The 20/21 Tacoma TRD pro wheels are lighter than the older ones and I’ve heard the pro suspension tuning was reworked a little to compensate for those lighter wheels.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
You can probably get your wheels powder-coated in gloss black for less money than a set of (4) new wheels even after selling your current wheels.
The only catch is that it'll be on jack stands for the time it takes - unless you've got an extra set of steelies for the interim.

To bad you aren’t closer because I’m actually selling my set because I have new methods. Less than a year old with KO2. And yes they will fit your 2020 by the way as others have said. They look good. I just wanted something “more aggressive”. Here’s a pic though. Take care.
