TRD Pro Aftermarket Fog lights.

I ordered stuffs from Alibaba before, It could be anything between 2 weeks to 1 1/2 month.
For something this cheap. I'll probably buy myself a set to see if I can mod the top slots to house a set of ambers. Seemed like the idea is there but the corporate bean counter put a stop to it.

 

So how is the fit on these with the OEM Rigid bezels? Any noticeable gaps or anything? Alibaba doesn’t supply you with the Rigid bezels, do they?

Yes the bezels are included. The lettering is correct but the color for the lettering looks a little lighter compared to the oem bezels. I bought the oem bezels as well to see if there is a difference but from all my research they look to be about exact.

 

I guess that’s the reason why the other discussion thread got shut down.

 

Yah that’s what I believe as well. Selling rigid stuff that isn’t really rigid

 

Faux TRD Pro Grilles, Headlights, Taillights, Badges, and Wheels A-Okay though.

 

@Rainoffire I first saw these on FB market place; the seller tried to pass them off by not mentioning that they were fake or knock offs. I was later told that they were fakes or knock offs. I know they are just fog lights but knocks offs are illegal. I think it would be better if they didn't say Rigid and had similar styling. 2 cents.

 

When you get these, the Rigid Industries badge is actually not on the bezel.


I sold the fake fogs, then got rigids with the amber covers for cheap from a Pro that went with front armor.
I then put the Rigid Badge on.

I got mine in 8 days. Ordered on 22nd and just got it in this afternoon. I have original pro lights but since it was so cheap I wanted to see the difference.

 

What your honest opinion on the fakes??

They are pretty close to original in output. I’ll need to test with lux meter to see the difference. The build quality is very similar to OEM lights. Only issue is with the bezels. They have 3m backed tapes “Rigid Industries” logo. Logo is fully painted dark grey and not outlined like originals but fits perfectly in the slots. The abs plastic bezels seem more durable than originals especially in the tab area.

When most things are made in China these days, it's not hard for them to flip the design and sell them aftermarket. Generic drugs for the poor, like me.

75 from what ive seen. Plus shipping. Many options for shipping. Boat or plane. So to your house depending on where you are could be 100 could be 125. Obviously the faster the shipping the higher the price. Plus this guy needs to ship the fog lights. So price is pretty spot on to ship now and not have to wait for them to come from china
Everything depends on the relationship you establish with the sellers in china. Some are out to get you and scam you (exactly why alot of people are scared to order from them) but some are genuine.
