What does the Tundra engine have to do with the Tacoma engine?

It’s a v6 turbo hybrid the old na v8 engine was reliable af all the fan boys are saying this 4cylinder turbo will be just as reliable because Toyota would never build something unreliable and know what they’re doing, the tundra v6 proves otherwise. It’s just not one in a million either it’s an alarming number of them for the last 3 years so take that how you will

Speaking of expensive maintenance vehicles I’m intrigued by a Land Rover Defender 90. I know Land Rovers are absolute maintenance nightmares and money pits with terrible residual values, but damn they look good.

Lexus has been using the turbo 4 for years now with no problems.

My NX has the hybrid version of the engine and I have zero complaints so far.

That was NOT the case with my 3rd Gen.

Gold standard across all makes/models. High resale, low incentives tend to go hand in hand. Huge incentives simply means the manufacturer cannot manage production effectively or price inventory well.

Three grand cash back is great, until your neighbor gets six grand back. And so forth and so on.

In fact, the Trailhunter is dirt cheap compared to them. Am I right? :D

Yeah if you pay cash. If you include the 8.5% interest rate, its closer to upper $70k's. Wow. (excluding, of course, market adjustment)

    If I can afford a 70k Tacoma I can probably afford a 200k Silverado.

Toyota reliability/longevity hasn't been what it used to be for quite a while. They're definitely riding the coattails of their past and marketing their trucks based on past reliability/longevity records.
