I have a TRD Pro and I was wondering if the rigid industries SR-M pro lights would be a direct swap with the factory rigid fog lights? Would they bolt up to the factory mounts? Or are the factory rigids different?

I’ve done this mod twice. SRM are not direct fit. I rigged up OEM 19W fog brackets to make it work.
@jwilson2899 simplified this mode using the above mentioned mounts.
The all white was too much for me.
    Here are my 2 attempts.

Are you using the trd pro brackets or what? Is there a thread explaining this?

Did not used pro brackets as they aren’t cheap to destroy. I used 19W fogs from my 4Runner or you can source 3rd gen SR5 or Limited to rig them. The other member perfected the mod with Rigid mounts.
Did not create a thread on it.

So the ambers covers aren't for the TRD pro fogs. They only fit the SRMs?

Yes they make amber covers for the pro's rigid fog lights. Part 30193 sr-m. I got mine off of Amazon but note mine were only for ONE lense, not a pair. So you have to order two.

Not my photo but I have the same as what's shown in the top photo from Siblue. The bottom photo appears much deeper orange than how mine illuminate so there might be something different going on there. With just the yellow lense cover they shine a bright neon-like yellow.

Can you post a photo? Why'd you go with TRD pro over the after market kit?

I don't have any pictures at the moment and it's raining, sorry. The Rigid lights I have came stock on the truck because mine is a pro.

Even better in the rain! If you don't mind can you post photos of your DRLs on with the pro fogs on at the same time?

Do you think it would be possible to wire these lights to a switchpro?

It's likely possible to wire these however you like but again they came stock on my truck so my switch is on the turn signal stalk.

How did you mount those behind lower grill?

With the grill removed there are plastic retainers holding the bumper skin on. Remove the two outer ones and mount the D series fogs upside down using a 1/2” spacers. This was my easiest mod when I had the truck.
