I'm looking forward to taking delivery on a White TRD Pro 2021 in a few weeks and am prepping some of the additions for it. I'm coming from a 2017 Limited where I swapped the fogs with some Rigids. I may try to move those over, although I know the Pro has those little "half" Rigid's installed.

My question is... has anybody done anything cool with the upper bay with those stock Rigids? Seems weird. Could you put another set of Ambers in maybe?

Seems like a good question for @MESO :)

    Love any ideas... maybe lasers?

Xpel PPF and ceramic tint; DD SS3 Pro fogs; Hitch pod reverse light; Meso Customs dual color dome light; Gas hole; Lomax tonneau cover.
That would be cool but I think the shape of the upper bay is slightly different and/or smaller than the lower one?

I'm looking to swap out the Rigid fogs from my TRD Pro and replacing with the DD SS3 Max in amber. Let us know if you end up doing a replacement as it'd be helpful to learn how to remove the TRD Pro's Rigid fogs and bezels.

    Found it...looks good!

Seen similar...will likely go this route. @PapaRee , it it easy to pop the housing out? This is the exact look I'm looking for. I made my own Raptor lights on my current truck but will likely buy something off the shelf for my new one. Do you mind if I ask which one do you want with? Also which lights did you decide to use for the scoop and behind the grill? Thanks!

I think it's the same one I have for the hood scoop light. Spartan X Customs on Instagram. Looks like the Caliraised bar for the bottom?

Yep. Thats the ones. And the little running amber lights are from Amazon— like $11 for a pack of 3 I think.

I got them on Amazon also. Used a harness from Running4tacos to connect them to my DRL's.

Just reach in from behind them and there are plastic tabs. Very easy.
Open the hood and shine a light down there and you will see how it comes off.

thanks.... not sure i can reach in there without very tiny hands.

Found a video were they pry off from front, but that makes me nervous.

And not to sound like a complete idiot.. but i got the same LEDs and though they had twist on nuts to secure from the back. Looks like you just push them into place and they stay?

You can do it. I have big hands. There is enough room.
Yes they just snap back in place.
Once you look in there with a light, you will see.

I assume you had to buy OEM bezels for this swap? What else was needed for the DD max install? Thank you!

I will be doing this and removing my grill lights. I see wiring them where the grill lights are wire too, so they come on when the headlights are on. I ordered a set of smoked amber and it gives you the choice of high brightness or low. The smoked look will blend nicely. I have and old wiring harness I never used from a set of grill lights to make a harness.

Only thing needed are OEM bezels to replace the TRD Pro ones. The DD fogs come with the wire harness to plug-in.
