Hi, Im new to the forums and need an opinion. I found this TRD Pro Fox suspension kit on FB market for 850$. It has 20k miles on it. I have an 06 Offroad with the original billsteins on blocks in the front and rear for a 3inch lift. I have 170+k on the originals and the ride has been compared to a bucking horse. I was originally planning to buy a rough country set for around 750 after taxes as I rode in tacos with them, which I consider to be a major ride upgrade to mine. I’m a junior in college so either way this is alrdy a lot of money for me. So, should I buy these. With considerations of maintenance (i.e rebuilding the fox vs buying new when the rcs go out)

Buy what you can afford, and don’t overextend your budget to impress strangers on the internet. That said, I think most here would agree that the OE Fox parts will do you better than Rough Country.

IMO, nothing with 3 inches of a block lift will ride well.

How is the front lifted? springs? cause you will have to disassemble those to incorporate your springs for the front lift and only use the shocks not the fox springs

To bet installed: bling grill, headlights, fog lights.
If you don’t need the 3” lift for current tires, consider dumping the lift blocks.

    Thanks for the quick replies.
My front is lifted via spacers and the back on blocks. I preferably like to keep my current ride height for looks and wheel clearance.
So my main question would be:
Do yall think riding the fox shocks with the spacers and blocks will make for a better ride through brand quality ?
Or will I be better off just buying the rough country kit and ditiching the spacers upfront but keeping the blocks in the back?
Ps. I’ve rode in the trucks with the rc lift, it feels much better than what I’m rolling with now.

Is that a '22+ Fox setup? If so, that's something like +2" for a regular non-Pro 3G; putting stock 3G suspension on a 2G is +1/1.5" or so; I'm no mathematician, but 2" + 1-1.5" = you stay where you are at with no spacers needed in front. Not a ton of people have done this swap that I have seen though so it's sort of an educated guess, and the liability of this information is limited to what you paid for it..
