Keep in mind the dealer may deny the TSB if you have just a lift with the stock grill. They might claim the increased height increases the chances the TSS will miss a low or smaller car. At least that's what the service manager told me.

I know the owner of a body shop across the street from my office and just used his discount at one of our Toyota dealerships to buy the TRD Pro Grill for $194.27, wiring harness $21.38, and two spring nuts $.89 ea. The garnish was purchased from Daytona Toyota on Amazon just a few minutes ago for $190. I didn't want to buy an aftermarket garnish and have any issues. Since I saved on the grill, I know I probably overspent a bit on the garnish but at least I know it should all work together.

I’m surprised your buddy at the body shop couldn’t order a garnish for you...

I did end up getting the Garnish from Daytona Toyota on Amazon and installed it -- definitely OEM and works perfectly no issue

Garnish from dealer was $514 and less than $200 on Amazon from another dealer, anyway, everything should be in Monday. My dealer getting everything ordered today and should be in from Cinci OH in just a couple of days.

Selling my TRD OFFROAD tires and rims next week when I go to the TRD 17" black rims. PM me if anyone interested in early 'heads-up'. Only 600 miles on them.

Just wanted to put out there that I ordered the grille and garnish from @FreshMexicanTaco. The communication was good, the part was backordered but arrived when he said it would and he shipped it promptly. As far as I can see, everything looks good. Have not installed it yet. I would do business with this vendor again.

Is OEM vs knockoff important if you have a truck without TSS?

If you have a truck without the TSS you will not need the garnish at all, so you're only worrying about the grill itself. At that point OEM vs. Aftermarket is only for the quality/price of the grill. The grills from TheTacoGarage are top quality and you wont be disappointed, and much cheaper than OEM pricing.

Hello all! I am new to the forum and Taco world. I recently got a 2019 OR and immediately wanted to update the grill to a trd pro grill. I went with madhornets aftermarket grill and garnish combo for around $130. Grill itself would've been $80. I like that the Toyota letters came in one piece and screwed on to the grill. Fit and finish not bad and well worth the money. The garnish on the other hand is garbage. Do not buy an aftermarket non-OEM garnish you will regret it. It was a little difficult to get the garnish to even fit in the grill. Then precollision-off light was on and stayed on every time I drive for a few minutes. I decided to buy an OEM garnish and all problems solved. Best price I found was on Amazon. I just thought I'd comment to help anyone else avoid my mistakes and save time and money.

Installed the grill today and it looks awesome! Also didn’t have any issues with the radar. No error messages.

@FreshMexicanTaco - Just tried to order, but your site is still showing backorder. Interested in a grille (black or gun metal lettering) and garnish.

Could you please PM when you have items back in stock?

    Thank you!

Damn looking at Amazon there are no good aftermarket versions of the garnish, at least based on the reviews. And this was going to be my first mod - the pro grill with raptor lights installed from Runnin 4 Tacos

mad hornets pretty good quality? I was going to order from taco garage but I can’t get him to answer my messages. Garnish fit without any modification? I know some people have issues with the aftermarket grills needing some shaving to fit the garnish.

The grill from madhornets is good. The garnish I would not buy. I bought it and it did not work. I ended up buying an OEM garnish afterwards.
