Agreed - hornets was $100 and showed up in 5 days. Just did the swap - took about 10minutes. Put a little cheese on it from tacovinyl.

I bought my fake pro grille from ToyotaProShop.com I think it was maybe $170 with the TSS garnish. To me, plastic is plastic, and it’s just an aesthetic thing, so I wasn’t gonna pay $300-400 for the same thing elsewhere.

That’s the one I purchased and posted about earlier - 100% happy with it.

Yes came with the lettering. “TOYOTA” one piece attached from the back with 4 screws. The screws that came with it worked for me. I added some glue to the threads and let it harden, worked great for me.

There are reports that the made in China garnish covers get the sensor to act up.

You are better off getting the faux grille + OE Toyota garnish cover to make sure the sensor doesn’t act up.

It took some trimming of the garnish cover to get it to fit, but haven’t had any technical issues with it.

Paid US$150 for both: $100 for the faux grille and $50 for the OE garnish cover

Yes, see my photo a few posts up. It's the one you want - was at the dealer the next day and saw the oem one on a pro model. I like the hornets one as much - seemed to be a little more matte. Other than that, no difference that I could see.

Also, if mad hornets runs out of stock, you're going to be buying a pig in a poke off of eBay as the photos are not always of the product their selling. For $90-100 with 5 days shipping from California to Alabama, it's a no-brainer.

Got my Mad Hornets Grill. The only install problem was getting the garnish to clip in. Ihad to shave down the two bottom clip posts to get them to slot in.

I ordered the garnish separately from the grill on the website. It was $10 cheaper that way for some reason. 20190518_201442.jpg 20190518_210707.jpg

    This looks great !

Any Canadians order from MadHornets, says free shipping but lately it’s a little scary sometimes ordering things stateside with all the fees that get tagged on.
