    Dude, almost everything is made in China. At some point you have to realize that there are crappy Chinese made products and some quality Chinese made products. You seem to gravitate towards the crappy spectrum. :wave:

    I agree. Free market rules. However, they are being a little deceiving by stating "We have been working months to perfect this grille and we finally have."

    Unless they actually worked with the Chinese to get the molding and materials just right, they should not claim they have worked on it.

    I don't know about that...there would be a lot of copycats and it would be hard to know who's legit. I love my Clazzios and they get used and abused a lot. I would gladly continue to pay extra even if it means having a middleman so they can stay legit and high quality.

    Well they are great people and not taking away from the customer service. Just curious how much they pay for a set made in China. If it is anything comparable to the grille prices someone is making a fortune. And nothing wrong with that. On the other hand would you buy this grille from clazzio for $250.

    I paid the $25 and just contacted the seller to try and get it refunded. Mine showed it would be delivered by Nov 21 but the tracking number says it's in transit. I don't mind the delay...I'm just not paying for the delay.

    Why do you have a need to state what you would do if you had received a grille with a broken tab?
    The grill works perfectly without that one tab. The price is super low, damage in transit sometimes happens. All I would achieve by requesting a new one is: waste of time, waste of money for the seller, waste of energy and materials to ship another grill my way and more cardboard for the landfill. All that shit because of a tiny broken plastic tab? Dwell on that for a minute:)
