TRD Pro Grille for $140?

I saw the ne on eBay for $108 and wonder if anyone has received a grille from that seller (beileya_0).

I almost wonder if the $108 is too good to be true. LOL. Heck, I may give it a try too.

 

FCK i wish i knew that. I saw that 5% banner and I immediately thought I had to buy 2 grilles. Regardless, i am more than satisfied as to how fast I got the package and how well it was packed. And the grille itself exceeded my expectations

 

I'm real tempted to jump into this bucket since I'm picking up my new truck next week. However, I still have reservations on the TSS situation. If anyone has any feedback on whether the radar is working correctly after relocating the sensor, please post it up. I'm at a loss as to how you can tell if it's not reading properly.

If you got it on ebay open a case on the item. Select, "Did Not Receive item". Ebay will contact the Seller to get a status update.

 

Mine delivered today! No issues with grille at all. Will be installing shortly.

Got mine installed today. Even with three broken tabs I think it will work. I did loop a zip-tie on the ends that the tabs were broken just to be sure it was held secure.

 

@rrentrop Your Barceloma Red letters look awesome on the faux pro grille. Easy to apply wet, just dip them in water as you're applying them.

 

Looks great! How is the fit? Another member mentioned that they were about 1mm long on the bottom edge of the letters.

Maybe just put a dab of clear silicone on the back of the tabs to hold them in there.... Easily removed later, if required..!!

 

See for yourself below. I think they are OK. The one that is somewhat harder to position is the letter O since the sides are wider than the top and bottom. I did not align the Os perfectly but only I am going to look at my grille from less than a foot away so I'm OK. I realize it's probably not possible, but if they can ever be made to somehow wrap around the side of the letters, I would buy another set from you.

Edit: the smudges are just from the rag I used to wipe them down.

 

Thanks! The fit looks really good. The Os are slightly oval and have different widths as you mentioned, so it is important to get them aligned properly for the best fit.

I tried to make them cover the beveled edges but had lots of issues.
