    Both are sold...and yes, I would of bought either broken ones...good deal. Lots of clips on these suckers, so 2 broken ones wont affect install quality (in general).

    There is one out on Ebay right now for $200. I bought one with one broken clip from the same seller, and it arrived in perfect condition, other than the one clip. The other 11 clips are more than enough to secure it.

    Really depends on where the broken clips are. If they are on the vertical section (there are only 2 there on each side) I would pass, but on the horizontal section, no problem.

    BTW, you can find them new at cochrane toyota for under $390 shipped.

    Ive been on alot of forums and i hate seeing someone ask for advise and another person be snobby. Im new hear and have been reading alot and learning. Just dont see the need for it.

    so the horizontal clips? should be OK. Worse comes to worse, it will rattle, which you won't be able to hear anyways.
