Trd pro headlights oem SALE!!!

I still have my Halos too...have not thought about how much to sell them for...somewhere between $350-$400 for the pair. Taking shipping into consideration...I would imagine a box that size to be $50 so the $100 is for shipping. $400 including shipping would be my estimate. Local pick up would be $300.

 

I was just thinking $300 before reading your post. I'd be happy with $300 in my pocket after shipping/paypal fees.

 

It definitely takes some trust in moving forward with this transaction.

I actually had to contact the dealer after seeing the free shipping coupon, i had already purchased the lights but wanted the free shipping. I got an immediate response from them, theyre cancelling my first order so i can re do it and get the free shipping! Really cool of them, and a savings of $1092! Smoking deal! I just sold off some alpharex led i bought a while back when Meso was selling them off. I never installed them due to the reviews i was reading, so they sat in the garage for like 6 months before i got rid of them. After all said and done, this upgrade only cost me another $300 over those. Ill call it a win for the massive amount of light this upgrades your headlights to. My brothers trd pro sold me on it, he was following me on a trail at dusk and I kept radioing him to turn off his brights, he was laughing at me saying it was in the lo position.

 

Probably would sell faster on eBay. I think body shops look there for replacement parts and then charge the customer/insurance list price from the dealer. But last I checked eBay+PP fees is 10%

Edit: I have the 2020 headlights, are they different/more desireable than the older tacomas?

 

Halogens haven’t changed. Getting $200 for a pair isn’t a cake walk these days. $400 is a total long shot. Value went through the floor. Selling on eBay sucks as shipping them properly packed is $60 per side and if a tab is broken you’re screwed as the seller.

Math wise you may be best off tossing them in the trash to be honest. I’m not really joking. Craigslist is maybe the next best option. Don’t hope for real cash.

 

How about buying a set of the pro headlights on this sale and flipping them once the sale is over in their original unopened boxes

 

Wish I could justify the Pro headlights, but my stock headlights that I have never touched have broken clips from the whole front end flexing while wheeling/blasting through the desert.

Agree to disagree. My V2's are better on the road than my friends OE LED's. Perhaps it was how you had them adjusted, they are very sensitive. The stock halogens are a joke though, even with upgraded bulbs they suck lol.

I have mine sitting around here. Wife told me I should just hold on to them cuz you never know… I have a lot of take offs sitting around the house and hidden away lol

I was thinking the same thing. I don't expect my LEDs to crap out anytime soon...heck, my registration is good until 2027!

I'll put them right next to my Air Dam & skimpy skid plate. lol

 

Some have contemplated reinforcing the tabs prior to installing. Some wire backing and gorilla glue similar to a repair just pre-emptive. I could see how that might make sense for some. But a broken tab really isn’t that hard to fix. And practicing on the halogens might give some confidence.

When you say upgraded bulbs do you mean LEDs/Diodes?
