Why does it seem like there differences thru the 3rd gen years on what the TRD Pro has as the hood decal? Is there a "standard" decal?

I know all of them have the black hood scoop but seems like not all of them come with the topography decal.

And even the topography decal seems to differ at times. Some will have the TRD pro wording up the side of the decal and some don't.

Asking as I've been considering adding the decal to my truck but wanted it to look accurate. However, If it has the wording I plan to have it say TRD Sport instead of Pro to keep it true to my truck model but wanting to mimic some of the Pros styling accents.

All TRD Pros come with a black scoop. They then have an option for a decal kit, that wraps on 3 sides of the scoop. Also, there are many aftermarket offerings on decals.

Yeah, I already mentioned that all the Pros have the black hood scoop.
I know there are many aftermarket offerings, the majority I've seen and dislike. Hence why I'm asking for more detailed information on what the accurate Pro hood decal is.

Appreciate the time you took but wasn't a very helpful response.

Haha im a clown because I replied to a guy in a plain, direct, adult manner? Not everything is an insult but not every comment to a thread is helpful either.

I've been in that Taco world thread for the graphics. Also didn't clarify what the standard decal is.

If you know google as well as I, you should know that it doesnt show you critieria only in yours specified key word range but also things related to, to give the largest spectrum possible.

Your part numbers however were helpful. But when you put it in to Google, still shows variances. Weird hey.

Still there, we just need to get some participants. Maybe OP will bless us with his truck, once it's fully kitted with stickers.

Against my better judgement I'm wading into these waters - what's the importance of a period correct gen3 pro hood sticker?

The decals? I don't have a scoop, but maybe I'll put 10 stickers on the plain hood for a free 25 hp gain.... or maybe ten for 50. Sky's the limit. Good tip! Thanks!:pccoffee:
