TRD PRO HUNT

Been on the hunt for a TRD PRO at MSRP for a couple weeks with no luck. they are all marking them 5-15k above MSRP.

Anyone else running into this problem? maybe the surge of 2019s will bring the low inventory back to normal levels?

The pros go quickly and they will almost always be marked up because they're so popular

 

If your open to traveling outside of California you can easily find a Pro for MSRP or less. My local dealer last I looked had two Pros $1K below MSRP.

 

where/how do you order one? cant be worse then dealing with these lot lizards

Even having it delivered it should be below msrp

 

For me it was as simple as walking up to the dealer, telling him what I wanted, then making a deposit.

From there is where it got difficult. I don’t think my dealer was able to do a dealer to dealer trade. Being a smaller dealer in the metro, I think the allocation of my pro was taken a couple of times. I ordered on May 2. I won’t get it until tomorrow. The advantage though, is that I only have to pay msrp. They didn’t get their hands on it to mark it up.

If money is no object, you might start the ordering process now. If you find one you would be burning your deposit but it might help you avoid markup.

Do a cars.com search. Add a large mile radius. Search by highest price, scroll down to the lowest price pro. That's probably the easiest way to identify one.

Im finding below MSRP in MS, IL, maybe KS. But I havent been looking for white.

 

Same here & few white ones like OP wants. Midwest is full of them. ILL dealers are stacked. Lots of deals to be had if willing to travel as 19's are starting to show up so the 18's gotta go.

Almost 47k in Wichita, Kansas

 

There is a black in Louisville, and a blue in Cincinnati. I think they are $1000 under MSRP.

 

I was actually looking into purchasing one this week but decided to put this off for another year or so. I worked with a dealer that offered me $500 off of MSRP. PM me if you're interested in finding out the dealername and salesperson. I think they had two in stock - white and blue. I negotiated on the white one. Dealer in Los Angeles area.

 

$44-$46k out here. Plenty of them
