    So they plan to raise it in a TRD Pro model and fill it with electronics to make it less likely to tip over for the 1st time buyers.

    I can already imagine the threads....

    I think he meant all the newer models will have more electronics around 2018, not just the trd pro model. All manufacuteres are doing this, I mean ford already has some kind of assist when backing up to a trailer which i think is pretty crazy. You already got rear view camera, what else do you need?

    Oh I know that, I just mean the truck is already full of more than enough electronics, I can't imagine needing any more. I think we're at a point where the truck is overloaded already.

    If they decide to lift the Pro version, it might start conflicting with some of the electronic nannies installed. People will start complaining then that their factory lifted truck can't corner like a sportscar and triggers the traction control or VSC.

    Get ready for those threads.
