TRD Pro - picture porn

I still think the concrete color looks horrible (I really don't get the appeal), but that grill...I will have one.

 

Also, why in the world did they do gloss black on the wheels instead of satin?

 

Cement Gray is a Pro-only color. I traded my 2013 FJ TT which was this color. It does have a slight amount of metallic in it, just doesn't stick out like other metallic color.

I have a TRD Pro on order but may stick with my current OR. I personally think the Cement color looks better on the 4R TRD Pro and would probably trade out for that.

 

Yeah people just seem to gush over that paint color but I just don't see the appeal. It's just bland and dull looking on a very expensive truck. I mean, I'm not crazy about the Sand color either, but I completely get the appeal of it. The grey, though, ehhh... To each their own I guess.

The wheels are ugly in my opinion. The regular OR wheels look nicer to me.

 

Really? I despise plastic chrome crap, i plastidip any part of a vehicle that comes with it lol i guess some people just like shiny things.

They look bolt mounted. If you zoom in you can see them.

 

The badges are better than the giant decals on the bedside....

 

I am almost certain they would not be bolted. Too much would have to be involved in having them screw mounted, drilled and tapped or threaded inserts welded on the back side. I can't think of any emblem this day and age that's mounted to the body that isn't held in place with double sided tape. Who knows could be wrong, make it a pain in the ass if people want to remove them.

I'm saying I don't like the chrome TRD OR grille.

 

I'm diggin' that color and I want the headlights, tail lights, and the grille. I knew the grille wasn't flush from watching the video and maybe I'll have to see it in person to get a better assessment to be certain if I want to cop one or not. The lights are a want, but doubt I'll drop the coin for them.

 

Door badges & tires are weak, but I like the rest of it!
