I had a chance to buy a black one that my dealership called me about at MSRP and I walked away that night because it was black, beautiful color but a hassle to keep up with and had equipment that I didn't want around 1,700 hundred dollars worth. When I got a chance at a 23 in MGM a week ago , I took it! Different dealership and a great deal, No mark up as again other dealerships laugh and act like all mark them up . Not the case , just look around. Good luck!

I had my 6MT Pro on order early 2021 in Lunar Rock (I was first one the list at my dealer) when they still made it (regreted trading my 19 Cement in late 2020). However, the dealer never received a 6MT Pro in Lunar Rock (only auto) and I wasn't a fan of the Electric Lime, so I switched it to MGM 6MT Pro, as that was my next best choice. Eventually after a two year wait the dealer was allocated my 6MT SO so I took it before they stopped making the 6MT. My 21 Landcruiser is MGM and I really like the color. The SO has grown on my though. It's incredible how much it changes depending on the light.

I love my MT and all but what made you go from a new Tundra to the Tacoma so quickly? I can’t imagine the hit you took on the Tundra?

The Tundra was 52k new, the dealer gave me 48k (3 months and 5k miles on it). KS sales tax is around 9.6% so it was a wash considering the sales tax I did not pay on the Tacoma by trading in the Tundra.

The Tundra was much more comfortable and had much better power delivery, however, I think Toyota needs a couple of years to refine it. Nothing ever broke, but it just did not feel well put together. Tacomas size also works better for my current needs.

I have a 23 Tundra coming in soon. But to be honest I think I will let the dealer keep it and sell it. I bought my 18 Pro in Sept and I am loving every min of it and there is no payment and I don't want to add one to the list of payments that already exist

I tried to buy that same Pro from the same dealer when it was still in transit…. They wouldn’t budge off a $5000 market adjustment plus about $2500 in dealer overpriced accessories. Glad they finally came to their senses.

Always seems like that poor black Pro gets shifted all over to different dealers as nobody wants black! That's the worst color I have ever seen, it takes a lot of maintenance to keep it looking good.

Especially where it’s hot. That’s why I bought a white truck. It makes a huge difference in temps after sitting in the sun.

They are welcome to send the black TRD Pros this way, I had to look around forever, and missed a few by only a few seconds/minutes before finding mine. (Nashville area)
