I tried googling but couldn't find - are there any companies out there that make a 12-15 TRD Pro-like retrofit? All I can find are all black housings, but I like the subtle blacked-out look of the factory pros.

You could just ask them to buy the pro headlights and build those, or see if they could smoke the bezel instead of going black.
