TRD Pro Rigid LED fog light failure

Had one of my TRD Pro Rigid fog lights replaced under warranty today. I noticed during the testing of my TRD Pro Headlight swap that one of my fog lights was out (I purchased and installed these myself last year). I checked my sales receipt and it turns out it was 3 days shy of 1 year (1 year warranty) that I had purchased them so I went back to the dealership and had them confirm the led light failed (I previously tested it myself by plugging in the old/original non led fog lights to make sure it wasn’t a wiring issue) and to my surprise the dealership actually replaced and installed the new one for me. I had just expected them to give me the new one for me to install myself but what a pleasant surprise!
anyone else have their rigid led fogs go bad prematurely?

 

I’ve heard of two failures on here...have them myself 2 1/2 years now no issues.

 

Thanks .... I tried the search function and didn’t really come up with anything relevant. I’m glad to hear it sounds like more of a fluke thing. I had them on all the time (at night) for about the first month or so and after that pretty much only when foggy/rainy, which isn’t to often in SoCal. Sure could have used both of them this week with the fog we’ve had recently.
