Has anyone ever replaced the seats in a Sport for the leather ones that come in the Pro. Was wondering if connectors are the same for the airbags, mounting points etc

Everything is the same, only difference would be if you have heated seats.

An update, My truck does not have heated seats but I am looking at a set of seats from a TRD Pro that are leather and heated. Is it possible to wire up the heated seats without redoing the harness?

High chance your truck may have some of the wiring already in the truck but likely is missing the full package. My 2nd gen had the wiring for the heated seats but did not have the fuses and complete picture. If you don't you can buy an aftermarket heated seat kit or source the regulators and some switches that are similar to the stock switches (or even figure those out). I did this with a set of Audi S5 Seats in my 2nd Gen using the S5's seats seat pads etc. I had to wire up the power for them to move but you should be good there. Depending how you want them to run. I ran a small fuse box under my seat and to the battery then the heat regulators from the aftermarket kit are wired into a power sources near the radio or 12v that is only on when the truck is on. Works great.

easiest way to get the heated seat portion to work may be to look at katskinz aftermarket seat heaters, they come w/ the factory style button. could swap the seats now then install the heaters later. not sure if just adding the button would be right as they may operation on a different voltage, etc.

What? There's a massive difference between adding an aftermarket heated seat vs trying to make an oe product work without all the additional odds n ends to make it work as intended.
I know I wanted a dclb with heated seats cloth interior no sun roof. That's base oe features I wouldn't want to have to deal with changing. Would I have liked a locker sure and one day I will but I'm not going to try and dick around with an oe set up over an arb.

Point is direct question was swapping for pro heated leather seats not just adding a heating seat. Maybe finish reading for full context before trying to sound smart.

oh my bad for misunderstanding. i thought you were just saying if you wanted it you should have ponied up for it in the beginning instead of trying to mod for it later. again my apologies for adding a possible alternative solution rather than shitting on him alongside you.

    edit:
you came across as a prick so.....there you go....a

You wouldn’t need the Katzkin heater if he used the factory seats. He just needs the regulator and switches. That’s what I did works great.

Wherever you get the pro seats, make sure to get all the needed parts to complete the install- wiring, switches, regulator. I don't know if it is an easy swap, but it will be easier with all the required parts. You'll have to do some research to determine the differences and what parts are required.
