Snaps! The button swap is a great logical order. I should do the same thing.

    Was it a difficult task?

It can be if you take the whole dash apart. I read another post about going in through the stereo. I did that yesterday to prep for seat heaters. Pull the stereo trim. Unbolt the stereo and unplug all the connections. Then just go in through the back. They all pop out pretty easily. I don't know about the rear window button though. Thats the only one I didn't touch. The cigarette lighter is a little tougher. I pushed that one from the back and also used a trim pry tool. Oh and I relocated the USB port that was for my ipod. I hated seeing that cable hanging out. I got an extention, unplugged the port from the front. Connected them behind the trim and put the new side in the glove box.

No. But the buttons have “teeth” to make sure they are mounted in the same order at the factory. You just have to file down the edges a bit in the console to make them fit.

True. Currently his inventory is very low. Not good for business.

Yeah that's the worst part, I've been waiting for the Total Tail light to come back in stock. I heard it might be in the next week or two. Supply and Demand though, he's got plenty of people chomping at the bit for each re-stocking.

I thought the same thing until I got mine. Now I think it's the most comfortable shifter I ever had. I can easily rest my hand on it for extended period of time.
