Exact same thing happened to me, D- Bolt retainers fell out, bolts then feel out of box. Seller sent me a complete hardware kit. All good!

I recently learned that the TRD Pro skid plate (part number PTR60-35190) can be made to fit the TRD Sport so long as you’re willing to remove the lower valence under the front bumper. There have been a few cases where the product comes missing a couple of bolts. Hopefully the Toyota TRD skid plate kit that I ordered comes complete with all necessary parts. Fingers crossed

Mine came with the front and middle bolts already threaded through the plate, spacers and with the clips in place.

The rear bolts however were loose and so one must have fallen out. Pretty shitty if you ask me.

Does your sport come with the basic steel skid plates?

Is the trd pro plate the only skid that doesn’t require removal of the 2 metal support brackets in the front?

As far as I know. I had heard once that BudBuilt's bash plate left them be, but I have no proof one way or the other to verify.

had to take mine off, it mounts in the same hole as the support brackets.

Yes. It doesn’t cover my engine nor transmission oil pan.
