Any idea what you might do in the rear?

Can anyone chime in on how a completely new leaf setup such as OME Dakar or AAL will effect ride and what the difference would be.

Once I started adding weight to mine the Pro suspension really dropped and felt overly soft. Thats with Full skids, Sliders and a Retrax Pro cover only for daily use. Loaded with camping gear and RTT I had serious reverse rake.

With the kind of weight you have, I would certainly recommend a full suspension upgrade. Thats what I did with mine and its 1000x better. I did go into my Pro knowing it would be swapped out ASAP so it wasn't an issue for me.

On a TRD Pro, how much do you think stiffer coilovers (given Eibach brings them to market) paired with something like HS 3 Leaf AAL would improve the ride a heavier rig compared to a full suspension upgrade? The plan was to eventually replace my setup with 2.5 King's or Fox's down the road when I need a rebuild on the stock TRD Pro Fox. Mainly do some light overlanding with the family and not running the truck too hard.

I think that will certainly improve and gain you back the height. I am running the Dobinson rear leafs 111-R's and super pleased with how they ride unloaded and hold the weight when loaded down with 450lbs + of camping gear. I don't have much experience with AAL's though.

I got a lil B's bumper and smittybilt 10k winch on my trd pro. The front lost 1.5 inches. Installed a westcott designs 1.5 inch lift for the 2020 trd pro, which is a spring preload spacer and a block spacer. Fixed the sag perfectly.

Damn how much does that front bumper weight? I've got 125 lbs on mine with not much "sag"...

Still the pro suspension, and talk to @AccuTune Offroad. They'll ask you your mods and future plans and get you setup. My suspension is great, but I shoulda got the adjustable foxes. I'll probably do that eventually. It would have been cheaper to do it upfront though.

Yeah the fox suspension is tuned for the truck without hundreds of pounds of gear and mods
