Thinking of adding a CBI Dakar bumper and Warn evo 10s winch to my 3rd gen (About 180lbs). Wondering if the fox suspension can take that weight in the front or if there will be some sag. If so what are my options? Upgrade springs, westcott lift kit or new suspension. I do want to upgrade to 285s eventually so I don’t mind doing any of these

I can't speak to your exact scenario... but I installed an SSO Slimline with an 8k Warn winch on the OEM 2017 TRD Pro suspension. There was about 1/2" to 3/4" of sag (not bad), but the extra weight made the front feel soft/saggy when braking and accelerating. I eventually swapped the Pro suspension for an appropriately tuned (by @AccuTune Offroad) adjustable coilover.

Likely, you'll just have to install it yourself, and realize you may want to upgrade the suspension eventually. Suspension performance is very subjective.

Have a 180# guy stand on the front bumper and you’ll get an idea of the amount of sag. As mentioned, you’ll also feel it when in motion.

I installed the westcott lift on my cousins pro.

He has the 4WP slim bumper, winch, sliders and a roof rack. He was down about an inch from stock, westcott brought him up about an inch higher than stock.
