In swapped from 2019 OR to 2020 trd pro shock and love them, rides smooth and no issues.

I would say, your truck is a 2020 why not just get 2020 or 2021 shocks. Just my opinion

You guys are spending that much on this setup. Look into the teraflex one. Similar price and will ride better

Sounds like a great price for much better shocks than the Off Road Bilstein's, but sucks that it's only 1" lift in front. Now that I have a 2/1 lift, I could never go back to stock, or 1" level.

But bottom line, the Pro shocks are that much better.

To each his own I guess. I have driven a stock 2016 SR5 for 30,0000 miles, a stock 2020 OR for 5000 miles, and a 2020 OR with King 2.5 RR shocks and medium Dakars for 5000 miles. I cannot tell any difference at all during daily driving. Maybe I drive like a grandma compared to some. I never experience any of this nose dive stuff or body roll that's often talked about. I do notice a difference on really rough roads and trails, when hauling and towing, and when I decide to drive over a curb at 10 mph.

Would this void factory warranty on a new Tacoma?

It would not, but your not going to get any warranty support on the shocks and they may blame any suspension noises on them.

Is that the TRD PRO suspension you were talking about? I have 2020 Sport DCLB and trying to see if trd pro suspension would fit on mine as well . Do you know the part number?

I have a new take off set from a 2022 Pro with about 30 miles on them. The dealership installed a 6 inch lift and new wheels and tires. I got the hook up from a mechanic friend in NC who worked on the install, the dealership does all kinds of lifts and I was shocked the owner wanted to remove it. Oh well I scored them, but haven't decided to keep or sell. I love my Bilsteins as they are perfect for me and my mall crawling.

    pm'd you!

Looks like 2022 suspension has been lifted by 1.5 inches up front and 0.5 inches in the rear.

Pm’d. I’ll jump in line in case you decide to sell these. I’ve been looking for a set of ‘22 take-offs. Thanks.

The old 2017-2019 kit part number was PTR61-35170. It was discontinued in 2020, so you can no longer buy this set up new as a kit. I bought one of the last kits on clearance at the end of 2020. You may still be able to buy these piecemeal as replacement parts for each coilover/shock, but it's probably not worth the cost. I heard the 2022+ Pro suspension is different than 2021 and earlier, it is lifted about an inch over the previous TRD Pro's. I haven't been able to find a kit part for a 2022+ kit.

I had a question and figured I would start here before creating another thread. I found some fronts that have 18k miles for $200 and my TRD OFFROAD has 20k miles. My buddy has brand new rears that he would sell me for $400. In it I would be $600, should I do it? 18k mile fronts and brand new rears? Would the 18k miles fronts be solid? They have a tiny bit of missing paint and a little rust on the bolt that comes out of the top hat but they look to be in decent shape.

Nice to see the word damping properly used.
Unlike our dirt bike counterparts there is damping adjustment on the fox OEM whereas on some aftermarket there is some damping adjustment albeit minimal
