4Runner Pro would have had the 3.5, with an aluminum block probably weighs a couple hundred pounds less.

Took the girl out off-roading. Just wanted to get out of the house. Took Crandall Peak Trail by Strawberry and found a trail to Sandy Flat Campground. Pretty cool drive. Had lunch, polish sausage and baked beans, took a little hike next to a river - even got a picture of the old lady on her honey bucket.

 

It works really good, although I added the magnetic tail lights to it as Kermit hides the tail lights a little.
I went with this as the ramps I have made the angle to step to get the bike in the back of the truck, with the factory lift. They worked fine for my Ridgeline I had years ago.

Why not just leave them on and either put those 1" spacers on or change springs? Anyone see anything wrong with doing this?

 

This is what the front suspension on my 2013 Tacoma Baja dcsb. It sticks up above the shock/ coilover mount like this.

 

I'm going to call the extended warranty company again tomorrow to see about covering the shock and leafsprings. I'm also going to call Bilstein directly because the more I read from other members is that they should be lifetime warranty. If both screw me over I'm looking at these B110 5100's made for lift Tacoma's. Or would I be better off getting the 5125's ? Or just the regular 5100's ?

Added these to my Baja last week.....pulley and headers

 

Beautiful setup. What did that set you back?

 

Pulley and headers....$99 and $500. Everything in my motor including full exhaust.....quite a bit more.

Awesome!! I went with the 2.825 pulley and also did the URD upgraded fuel pump kit with the wahlbro 255 fuel pump. Are you doing long tubes or shorties ??

 

I also want to do the 2.85 pulley but don't want to void my warranty (yet). Fuel pump is a must if upgrading the pulley, good choice on the Wahlbro 255. Super jealous sauce! I had to get JBA Cat4ward shorty headers because California is lame about smog so my choices were very limited.
Did you say screw it on the warranty and install the pulley or is it "stealth"?

 

Stealth is the black 2.85. Mine is a tad smaller than the 2.85......2.825. I like it because its red anodized, its technically a little smaller (gains are probably minuscule), and it was a little cheaper. I have done enough research to see that adding this the right way....with the fuel pump will do absolutely no harm. So thats why I'm not too worried about having issues and having the voided warranty. Plus I dont want to wait until the end of the warranty to enjoy my truck the way I want it. I don't abuse my truck either so I'm really not too afraid of problems anymore........but I do have my fun....Header wise I went with shorties. I know long tubes are the way to go but having already deleting the rear 2 cats with the URD y-pipe, I am afraid of problems with o2 sensor deletes if I remove the front 2 cats with the longs... I've also done enough research to see that too many people have had problems with o2 sensor deletes.....with my luck, I'd be in the same boat. Honestly, though I did not dyno it....yet. The setup I now have has made my truck crazy balls fast!!!!!

 

My thoughts exactly! I wanna go fast!!! I've been considering this for a while and now your setup gives me great hope. As I said, Super Jealous Sauce!
