Alright, it got out of hand a bit lol
I wish that socal supertrucks build was mine...

@Biddaddy76, I was joking about the changing the grill and what not. I simply changed the suspension to the King 2.5” setup since I was going to replace it down the road. Got a deal on it, so said why not.

My wheels were changed to a set of Volk te37x’s. Debatable, but I believe these are an upgrade since theyre a forged wheel and weigh 16lbs a piece.

I wish that was my truck lol, Im curious to see if it was the same trd pro tacoma I saw at their shop like 2 years ago. But, I’m not to sure what tc front they used, I thought it was maybe the 3.5”?

You know, I was wondering about that. They’re so hard to find, I figured they had to of made less then 1500. I got my figure from an article that test drove and reviewed the Pro! I wish there was a way to know where they all are and how many of each variant were make. Like colors, cab options, stick or automatic!

I wouldn’t say ruined but in 20 years, it won’t be worth as much as a stock one!! I feel a good example of this Pro will always be worth good money, as long as mostly stock because of rarity and high demand!

They dont Salt the roads where I live. So, I don’t think rust will be an issue unless the have a knack for rusting out that I don’t know about!

I bought mine to use a work truck but now thinking about buying a cheap Tacoma, to use instead, to keep value up on my Pro. Although, if I do that, I’m putting custom leather Katskins in! And will save stock covers to have, to make stock again, if I ever decide to sell!

Na the rust shows the patina of our sought after and rare pro’s baja.
    It’ll just add value.

It'll be interesting to see the value over time. These things are definitely not going to be the Taco version of L88 Corvettes ... the Pros will realistically stay 2-4% above a comparable TRD OR. Not worth keeping it parked IMO, I'd rather enjoy it.

The Katzkins are nice though, especially with the butt cooler option.

Tell your friend he'd be a fool to pass on it, and to start considering if he really needs that kidney of his anyway.

By then folks will all be getting hauled around by self-driving pods, so our trucks will be piled up & rotting like all the VWs outside of Denver right now...

    I dread the day.
Don't you think the Taco market will be among the last to go though? Most of us are enthusiasts who want a vehicle that does more than getting from point A to point B. Corollas & Camrys are doomed.

All for a whopping +1 mpg. I prefer our 4.0s that get much better smiles per gallon.

    YES

You should go drive a new one. They are fun to rev out, but below 4000 rpms (you know, where trucks usually live) they don't get out of their own way.

Buy it NOW!!! Well worth the price for the performance. I couldn’t imagine not having a supercharger and it makes it SO MUCH fun to drive!
