Spring rate will determine how plush or harsh the spring feels. Length of coil and or it’s adjustability will give you your lift

From my experience, it was the length of the coils and adjustment of the coil over assembly. The spring rate adjust the ride. Meaning, how soft or stiff...how much the nose takes a dive when you break hard...or how much roll you get when you turn at speed.

I went from the TRD Baja/Bilstein suspension to an Icon extended length system...both had 650 lb spring coils. However, with the added weight of a plate bumper, dual batteries, air compressor, and winch in the front, it felt too soft for my liking. I was able to get a hold of a set of coil springs off an ADS coilover assembly.

The difference was the Icons were 13" long and 650 lbs, and the ADS/Eibach were 14" and 700 lbs. I had to adjust the Icon coilover assembly to account for the longer coil springs, otherwise I would have been front high with the dreaded taco squat/lean.

I'll post pics to show you what I mean in a few.

I would do what Itaro said above. Call one of those dealers and tell them what you have. You’ll end up at 1.75....then go from there. If you want to go higher add the spacers

If you run the aal without the overload make sure you use the 3leaf progressive and not the single. I learned the hard way you’ll have too much up travel and rub on the fender flair.
Also, I rub on the inner fender on the driver side front when it bottoms out. I do have 285’s but was wondering if anyone else has this problem?

Probably these would do the trick or try a spacer. By checking out your pic it doesn't look too bad I was thinking of doing the same to mine I was wondering if your running an AAL for the rears?

I really hate that I am not as smart as you itaro. I bet you are the smartest person on TW, maybe the whole world. Maybe build a shrine so we can worship you!
Yes, I added a 3 leaf AAL and removed the bottom leaf from my existing leaf pack.

I did contact all 3 of the vendors mentioned through posts on their respected boards here but none got back to me yet. Then you complain that I keep the conversation going after others posted to me but complain that I posted on the FB page and then left. SO you cry when I supposedly left after I got my answer and then cry when I continue the conversation.

In all seriousness though, I don't think I have found one topic on TW that hasn't been asked atleast twice. This comes from the technical SAS and LT guys to the common suspension lifts, etc. That said, I do appreciate a "refreshed" version of the topic from time to time.
