I understand the TRD Pro suspension has a 600# spring, while the TRD off road has a 550# spring. What is the spec on my current SR5 spring?

So glad to have found this thread. I'm thinking about putting the Pro suspension on my 2014 SR5 but worried about ending up higher in the front due to the 4 year old leaf packs. What do you guys think? Will I still end up level?

(I know the leaf pack options to remedy this- don't want to get into new leafs just yet).

Get a tape measure and a floor jack. Measure from the ground to a fixed point on your front end. Insert jack, raise front end 1-3/4”. Step back and see what you think.

Before I make a general thread, I have a question for members on here with the 6MT Pro.

I just received my Pro suspension that I'm throwing on my 3G and noticed the springs say A/T on them. The part number is what it is and matches all references I've seen online. They didn't do an A/T vs M/T specific spring, did they?

Can someone with a 6MT Pro look at their springs above where the model number is printed to see if it says M/T? It would be bizarre, but my curiosity is piqued.

You are over thinning it, everything is the same minus the transmission.

I was hoping someone would start a new thread in the 2nd gen forum for everyone installing the Pro suspension-- Similar to the one in the 3rd gen forum with pre/post heights, photos, etc. That thread is seeing a lot of action.

There's already the Because Baja thread, ThatguyJZ has pics in his build and there's the other member who has the forged Rock Warriors with lots of detail.

I was looking for the specific codes written on the springs from a factory Pro with a 6MT. I'm curious if from the factory there were AT and MT springs.

I would be to honestly. I'm sure A/T means something else, it was more a case of "well, that's interesting..."
