It's been fun watching you swap sets. Helps me figure out where I want to go. I like the tall skin look. Would love 34s but as a daily it would hurt...

Which UCAs work best with the Baja/Pro rims and don't have an exposed ball joint (have to deal with winter road salt)?

Also how will 1.25" wheel spacers affect those UCAs with the TRD beadlock rims.
Currently on 265/75/16 but looking at 285s

Icon Tubular Delta Joints is what I would recommend. I’m running them with 295/75R16’s KO2’s on the stock Baja beadlock wheels and don’t rub the UCA’s at all. Of course you’ll have to do the CMC, flatten the pinch weld and trim the bottom corners of the flares

I was gonna order the rough country one. https://www.roughcountry.com/speedometer-calibrator-90040.html

A friend of mine tried it out and it uses the hyper tech software, just cheaper cost and "rough country" branded

Ok, this might be the resolution. lol

The 285/75/16 setup I had was definitely the highest combination which was nice. 315/75/16 was just a dumb decision I tried to do lol.

So far I've been happy with the "34x11" or 285/75r17, only have about 1000 miles on the setup though haha.

I'm running Fabtech arms that are tubular like the camburg arms, and camburg offers the bearing cap option.

Anyone ever paint their TRD beadlock rings black to match the wheels? Got pics?

I made the switch to the black wheels a few weeks ago. Finally had some time this afternoon to see what it looks like without the rings. It looks sick.

Problem is the powder coat is starting to flake pretty bad in some areas where the rings were (damn New England winters...) Its bad enough Im afraid large pieces will start to flake off which will just end up looking like shit

Lots of mods to my TX Baja in the TWO WEEKS I've had it (damn you, Tacomaworld!)

    Winch and bumper
    Softopper
    Tint
    Ellis shift knob
    Ham radio
    Hondo radio knobs
Extra cig outlet to top of console
    Husky floor liners

Plus I got my TW decal today but now with the Softopper on I can't put it on the rear window...

    Probably more shit I'm forgetting...

I mean.. They're still sitting on the floor in my apartment :D

The black looks good with the red truck and Baja graphics, but I think it will looks wayyyyy better if the beadlock ring is less flashy
