It's the pro comp at sport, I got a really good deal on them. I'll go back to the pro comp mt2 when I need tires.

Anybody know where I can find the All Pro leaf pack heavy duty for the best price? I was going to go with the Dakar leaf pack but they are doing a redesign and eta is unknown.

I just did the rxt icons. I have it set at option 1, for you (heavy duty) option 2 or 3. This may be a good option for you.

Was wondering if I could get your guys' advice/input on a couple things

2 major mods planned in the near future...first is a sub+amp setup to install for better sound, not sure how many of you will care or be knowledgeable enough to help me out on that but would love some input. I already installed Rockford Fosgate R1675 speakers in all the doors, and their component tweeters. Wasn't sure if the JL Stealthbox + the JL MX600/3 AMP would be the best setup, or if I could go with the ********* budget package option, and either replace my rockford fosgate speakers with their included ones, or keep the RF speakers in, and just not utilize the included speakers. Any input/advice would be appreciated.

Other major mod is one I'm sure you guys could give me pointers on. I wanna put the Headstrong AAL pack on my rear leaf springs, and was wondering if there's any other necessary parts I need to buy in conjunction with it for a proper install, or any other parts that are just generally a good idea? Reason for this mod is less so for a lift, more so because I recently installed a bed rack, and will soon be installing a bed tent, and figured the AAL would help with my carrying load and also mitigating any rearward sag that would come from increased weight back there. Some threads say I need new/longer rear shocks as well, some say it's not that necessary. I don't do too much heavy offroading/wheeling at all, just some light truck trails and such. Nothing like serious rock crawling, catching air, or prerunning just yet.

As I do plan to eventually overhaul my suspension all the way around, I don't wanna spend too much now since i'll be redoing it down the line, mostly just looking for something to beef up my rear suspension for the time being.

If you can't tell already from this post, I'm pretty inexperienced with both electrical/audio and suspension.

I’m helpless when it comes to electrical/audio but I’m sure others have input for you.

Regarding the rear, I highly recommend replacing the entire leaf pack for your needs. Since you’re already planning on adding all that weight and eventually replacing the rest of the suspension, that’s one less thing for you to have to worry about. It’s more of a permanent fix than getting by just for now. I, as well as a few other members in this thread, have gone with the Icon RXT Leaf Pack. They have 3 different options so you can install them according to your needs. If a new leaf pack is out of your budget and you prefer to stick with an AAL, the 3-leaf progressive would be the better route. Longer rear shocks are not required for this either, but you may get extended brake lines for peace at mind

    Ah okay perfect!

These are the ones you're referring to I imagine? Only reason I was thinking AAL now and then suspension overhaul after is because I wanted to get one of the top brands, most familiar with King because that's what my oldest brother uses on his very well-built prerunner. How does Icon stack up against them? And you mentioned it would be more of a permanent fix, will that still apply if, down the line, I want to add plate bumpers/skid plates if i get more serious about offroading?

And at the risk of being redudant, but wanting clarification. I won't need extended/longer shocks for either the 3 leaf AAL or replacing with the Icon pack altogether, correct?

Yup, those are exactly it! If you know the weight of all your goodies, you can figure out which option to go with by comparing it to their recommendations:
    34BB194D-ADC1-4C71-A9E0-F76EBBBB1C6D.jpg
I personally went with Option 1 since I don’t carry anything in the bed other than my full-size spare on the daily. It advertises 1.875” but it’s settled to about 1.25-1.5”

King does not offer leaf packs, only rear shocks, front coilovers and hydro bump stops(if you want to go the extra mile). Other brands for leaf packs would be Deaver, Dakar and All Pro. Going back to comparing King and Icon(yes I’ve tried both lol!), King’s are much more soft and plush while Icon’s are firm and stiff. King comes standard with 600lb coils, Icon 700lb. King has progressive valving, Icon digressive(similar to our Baja). Of course, custom valving can be done with either of these coilovers/shocks if you wanted the best ride for your use.

And correct, you can run an aftermarket leaf pack with our Baja Bilstein’s. I have the Icon RXT’s on mine and gained that extra travel surprisingly

I have the Stealthbox with the 10TW3-V4 subwoofer and JL 500W amp and I love it. The amp is also powering my front speakers. It sounds exceptional, sub hits crisp and clean, and the box fit is the best in the industry. It's not the dual 12", window-rattling, mushy-sounding setup I liked in high school but it has plenty of bump when I want.

Been running a 3-leaf AAL for a couple years and love it too. On a stock Baja / Pro all you need is the leaf pack and longer U bolts.

First off let me say you guys are awesome. Thanks a bunch for the help.

Thinking i'll probably go with the icon leaf pack based off your guys recs, better to spend on quality now than spend more down the line. Seems they will be more than enough for what I already have ready to install as well as supporting future weight in the form of armor or bumpers, as i'll probably install it with all leaf packs. Good to know that there's no real risk of danger to my stock shocks even with the full leaf pack. So once i have this installed, will i need to replace my shocks after a certain time? Or just as needed/as i can afford it?

That's what I was afraid the feedback would be lol. The JL stealthbox and amp setup i'm leaning towards is a clean $400 or so more than the other option i'm looking at which is apparently not permissible to say on this website. That being said I have experience with JL and they did not disappoint.

I recently installed the icon rxt and set it at option 1. Option 3 will definitely be your best option with all the added weight. If your not off roading and flexing everything back there your shocks should be just fine. Although you will be lifted and should strongly consider extended brake lines.

Considering the results non Pro/Baja 2gen's are getting from OEM 3rd Gen TRD takeoff suspension...

What would/could I expect out of installing 2017+ Fox Pro takeoffs on a 2015 Pro?

That’s what I just did. I believe I’m the only one with the complete 3rd gen TRD Pro setup.

In the front, you will expect a drop in ride height from ~22.5” to 21”

The rear wouldn’t have any difference in height since that is dependent on the leaf springs

You do have the spacers up front to level out the rake a bit more than what I encountered lol
