It is to an extent, it really just shows better when it is dirty. To me it always looks good but when it's clean, it looks awesome!!!

^^This. After finding this out when I was researching, I went with the Wheelers because they were the cheapest at the time. I was originally going to get the Icon ones because everyone seems to say good things about the Icon brand. :)

The color is the only reason I would consider trading my black Baja in. Finding a white 2015 TRD Pro would probably be pretty difficult at this point, so I would likely have to go to an TRDOR 2016 or something...not sure I want to do that. Funny thing is, when I bought my Baja there was an identical white one right next to it. Kicking myself now for not taking that one!

My first Tacoma was a white off road ....an 09. I got rid of it reluctantly.....due to a divorce. Man I loved that truck!!! I had a black 13 long bed sport for a short time until I lucked out and found my white BAJA 6 spd.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Depends. If its above the top bucket so that it spaces the whole assembly down.. yes that can be bad.

However there is effectively no difference if its on top or bottom of the spring. The lower spring seat costs 3 times as much as a 3/4 poly isolater replacement and has the exact same effect.

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to space the whole assembly down so you still have the correct amount of shock droop?

At least that's how I see it.

Very nice truck! I love the look of the Black Pro's, but turned one down as I have been one who always loves Black vehicles as long as someone else gets to keep them looking nice. Where I live, Black would never look nice except for about 5 minutes after it was detailed!

You still have enough droop. You lose approximately 1 inch of droop and gain that in lift. But if you spaced the whole thing down to get the lift, you would risk failure during up travel since your shock is going to bottom out before your bump stop. You could space the bump stop, but then with the droop your really pushing the UCA and CV angles etc. Plus you are raising your center of gravity. If you flex it out your more likely to roll. Not much but hey.

I have been running the extra preload in my PRO and I ran it in the baja setup as well. I couldn't be happier. If I wanted to maximize prerunner or long travel and was that concerned with the lost droop I wouldn't bother with the TRD parts.
